Somewhat more exciting when paired with Kingly cards which care about being drawn multiple times, or if you can find an upgraded one, but for the most part this is outshone by Regent's other commons.
Putting a card on top of the deck is a very useful effect for regent - you can use this to try to set up combos, to smooth out your Star spending, or just to get a block card lined up for next turn.
