A card that gets worse the better you get. Being able to dump all of your Stars into Block is valuable, but with more experience you'll more frequently be able to do that without needing a card like Particle Wall, which doesn't actually translate Stars to Block at a particularly good ratio.
Reusable block that is excellent with a surplus of stars. If you can make this card free, you immediately achieve an infinite combo of playing it over and over. One of Regent's best block options.
