Most Regent Decks have enough Card Generation that Pillar of Creation will be worth playing. One of the easy lategame Block solutions available to the character.
A very nice source of block for decks that can consistently make a card each turn. Particularly good with Spectrum Shift but also works well with Minion cards. This card can be taken in the early game.
