A very relevant upgrade compared to the Falling Star Starter card, deals good damage and keeps uptime for Weak and Vulnerable going. Usually worth having one if it's offered to you early enough in the run to matter.
A strong and effective Star spender for getting longer-lasting debuffs. You'll need decent Star generation to be able to play this more than once.
