Because Regent has access to Vulnerable his Strikes can end up doing okay for him, but his Starter Deck is skewed a little too heavily toward damage, so you'll typically want to be removing one or two of these before you remove any Defends.
Necessary for the first few floors but mostly gets in your way. One of your best remove targets.
