Inoffensive card for improving your current turn while potentially setting up well for next turn as well. Look out for synergies with putting a card on top of your deck, both Regent and Ironclad have significant ones.
Think of this like being able to Retain 1 card. While the manipulation effect can be handy, this card doesn't do enough compared to other colorless cards to be worth buying.
