Retaining your Hand is sometimes extremely strong; do you have particular combos of cards you want to draw together, or cards which line up particularly well against certain enemy turns? If you do, picking up a way to Retain your Hand can be very strong, but otherwise, this is just a decent Attack "Common" sort of card.
