One of Regent's strongest scaling options. Some cards can make 9+ Stars on their own, and Radiate scales incredibly well with Vigor and Strength. Keep in mind that your Starter Relic counts as you having gained 3 Stars on turn 1, so this hits for 9 for 0 on turn 1 if you draw it then.
