Playing Reflect every turn sort of just wins the game on its own. There is some complexity in budgeting Star use, and it can be tricky to work out whether to take it if you already have other Star cards (or whether to skip those in the hopes you'll find a Reflect!). For the most part, though, this card is very very good and taking it and making sure you can play it is a good idea.
