

Random cards are strong, but Skills are the most awkward to generate, as they have such varied output (unlike Attacks) and don't remain in play like Powers do. It's hard to guarantee that Distraction will do anything in particular, but it's often worth spending an Energy on to find out, and will sometimes win you a fight out of nowhere by generating something awesome for the situation you're in.

Very unreliable, but at least it almost always does something useful. Decent with an upgrade.
