I haven't personally found any success with Blade of Ink yet. The problem is the difficulty in pairing it with a turn where you play a lot of attacks. You don't have the luxury of deciding when you draw it, and any time you draw it while the enemy is attacking you it's very hard to spend much energy on attacks that turn. Pairs with something like Well Laid Plans or Runic Pyramid plus a build that plays lots of Shivs, but it's one of the last cards that's likely to go into a deck like that, because it isn't going to be very good until the other pieces are in place.
