I like the look of this card a lot, and I love how it pushes you toward a unique sort of deck where you're playing a single medium-strength Attack regularly while presumably trying to stay alive or scale up with the rest of your energy. I don't know how great it will end up being, but at minimum a 1-cost Attack that deals 12 is always going to be passable at the start of a run.
