Permanent Strength reduction is very powerful. That said, 2 isn't a huge number, and some decks do feel the downside of the -2 Strength on Self downside.
Great at lowering enemy damage output, and most Necrobinder builds won't mind losing some Strength to pay for it. Excellent in Multiplayer.
