Regent's best Star generation card, and it's Common, so you can find it reliably! Important to realize: this card makes more or equal Stars per card than every other card in Regent's card pool other than one Ancient Bonus and one Rare Power which doesn't outdo it until three turns after it's put in play. If you want Stars, Hidden Cache is the default sensible way to get them.
