If your deck revolves heavily around a card you'd like to play multiple times, or a combination of cards you want to play together, Graveblast is a strong enabler. Note that the upgrade both increases damage AND removes Exhaust.
Not much damage for 1 energy but can fetch useful cards like Unleash from the discard. Mostly outclassed by Dredge.
