Tons of Block, and worth upgrading! On cards which generate a lot of Block it's quite valuable to spread the output over two turns, as it reduces the chance that you'll overblock and waste the defense you're generating. Glitterstream scales very well with a lot of Relics, you should keep an eye on its value throughout runs, as it's your highest output Block Common. Sometimes you'll want to be taking it for the entirety of the run.
