16 Area-of-Effect damage for 2 is an okay but not incredible cost efficiency. It'll sometimes be worthwhile on its own without needing to have Shiv synergies. If you DO have Shiv synergies, this card is typically going to be worth picking up, but it's okay to take another card over it; it's not necessary for winning the run.
