

Solid damage-only output, but not incredible. The best thing about Ultimate Strike is that you can get it from an event which removes two regular Strikes from your deck. Sometimes it'll start to hit quite hard in a run where Strike synergies come together, or even just in a run where you apply Vulnerable and can make do with 14 base damage.

Good enough damage to carry many Act I encounters on its own. Significantly improves with an upgrade.
