Can be used to create easy infinites with one self-harm card and access to exhaust. Compare to Dropkick.

I find it tricky to work out when to take a Spite. Early on, 6 damage for 0 is not necessarily worth filling up your deck, and later in the run it's a very poor effect unless it's specifically part of a combo you're building into, but there are many other ways to successfully build a combo which feel like they build out of more appealing cards.
