A working class block card. The best decks won't want to spend one energy to gain 8 Block and draw a card, but middling decks often might. The fun thing about Shrug It Off is trying to work out when you need to take one vs. when you can get away with skipping it.

Gain 8 Block. Draw 1 card.
Deal 5 damage. If you lost HP this turn, hits 2 times.
At the end of your turn, 1 random Attack in your Hand is played against a random enemy.
