There are some extremely powerful cards in this game which will trivialize every fight if you can play them every turn. If you have something like a Reflect, adding Nostalgia can turn the rest of the run into nearly an autobattler. That said, the really strong thing is the card(s) you're playing with it, and if you don't have any cards which are run-winning already it's not a particularly good card by itself.
