Good old Neutralize. Neutralize does okay in Act 1 and sometimes remains relevant because of its weak application later in the game. Its upgrade is fine, but often overshadowed by other cards you can find.
Weak at 0-cost is one of Silent's most consistently useful tools. This is your best choice of upgrade if you get one from Neow.
