There are easier ways to deal damage if you're drawing lots of cards, but Murder can fit into a deck with Pen Nib and no great way to finish boss fights, as an example. A heuristic I lean on a bit for Silent decks which draw lots of cards is that I'm hoping for them to have essentially "won" the fight by the time they're finished drawing their draw pile for the first time, by putting powers into play, debuffing enemies, applying Poison, etc., and this card doesn't come online until after that.

Slow and steady damage scaling gives you a way to kill high HP boss and elite enemies. Any source of draw improves the damage, so mix and match!
