A tremendously expensive card, although it has a strong effect. Best off a Power Potion in a Boss Fight, but occasionally can make it into your deck if you lack Block and have ways to hit enemies multiple times per turn.
This will reduce enemy strength by 1 per hit for multihit cards like Radiate, so this is intended to block for you while you smack the enemy repeatedly. The upgrade makes this much easier to get into play. Very good in multiplayer since all players benefit from strength down you apply.
