Silent's starter deck actually already has enough Attacks between Strike and Neutralize that this is a decent card on Floor 1. Add some Blade Dances and other Attack spam options to make it especially strong, perhaps paired with Vulnerable and/or Pen Nib, or just use it to get through Act 1 while transitioning to other more reliable ways of dealing damage.
