One of Necrobinder's decent damage commons. Works later with Debuff, Ethereal, and "big Attack" synergy spaces, which means it has lots of ways to retain value later in the run if you take it early on.
Doesn't give enough Vulnerable to feel worthwhile without an upgrade. Quite nice with Debilitate.
