Fine Block for its cost, but if you're excited about Equilibrium it's more likely to be about the ability to retain certain cards until the right turns to (f.x.) counter an enemy action with them or combo them with another card you haven't drawn yet. In some decks that's a great ability to have, while others are somewhat indifferent about it or may even end up disliking it because it results in them having a full hand and being unable to draw more cards.

Retaining your hand is appreciated by a wide variety of builds, and you don't feel like you're wasting energy because of the dense block. You can replay the card to retain your hand for additional turns.
