1) It costs 2 energy for this card to do nothing, an awful lots of the time. 2) I am honor-bound to negatively review any card which gives the player Intangible, as it is dishonorable to not let the enemy hit you.
Don't worry too much about the Intangible - the main benefit of this card is Exhausting your hand. Deleting less-useful cards will let you draw what's left of your deck much more quickly.
Deal 10 damage. Upgrade 2 random cards in your Discard Pile.
Put 3 cards from your Discard Pile into your Hand. Exhaust.
Exhaust your Hand. If 9 cards were Exhausted this way, gain 1 Intangible.
Apply 29 Doom to ALL enemies. Kill enemies with at least as much Doom as HP.
