Nice to be able to sink energy into defense on a turn, and Delay also sets you up for a big turn next turn. Good upgrade, increasing the energy gain to two, as well.
Efficient block plus next-turn energy allows for setting up big turns without losing HP upfront. Really wants an upgrade.
