Lots of block for a 1-Cost Common, and some other cards can reward you for having Ethereal cards in your deck, so it's nice to take one or two which are above par early on in the game in case you see them.
Incredible defensive value for a common card. Weak is very useful, but you sometimes have to play this card for no value to avoid Exhausting it.
