Enabler for some decent cards in Regent's pool which care about being put on top of your deck or being drawn multiple times per fight. Also shines in decks built around recurring or properly deploying specific cards on specific turns.
Very solid early block. Use to return Sovereign Blade to the top of the draw pile, or any other card you need next turn. Great with I Am Invincible.
