A strong way for a deck built around card draw to deal a lot of damage, potentially quite quickly. Think about the combination with cards like Acrobatics and Calculated Gamble.
I do think it fights for the same job as Speedster, and that the ability for Speedster to keep having its effect over the course of many turns in a row makes Speedster a little more appealing in general.
