Bubble Bubble is a card which can fit into functional strategies to add a bit more explosive power to them. In order to take it, you already want to have a decent density of Poison cards in your deck. It isn't the best way to make a deck like that more explosive, but it is one of the options in the game, and sometimes it'll be the one that gets offered to you.

Baalorlord

This is mathematically the most effective poison card, but it can't be your ONLY poison card. Combine with lots of draw/discard to find your other poison cards first, or just use it with the Twisted Funnel relic.
