The numbers on this card seem too good to be true! If it's really this good, it's likely to be an excellent Attack Uncommon for the first half the game. Possible that the screenshot was already calculating an increase in damage value from some cards being in the exhaust pile though.
Could be made very powerful by generating cards such as statuses mid-combat. May be good against certain enemies that create exhausting cards like Slimed.
