Perfect Fit is a mediocre enchantment; it doesn't do anything until you've gotten through your entire deck for the first time. I usually use this event as a card-remove-with-extra-steps, and take the Remove 2 with an intention to remove the Normality as soon as possible, as it's a very detrimental curse for many decks.
This event is a reference to the horror manga The Enigma of Amigara Fault. Note that Perfect Fit will not guarantee a card in your opening hand; it only works once you have drawn through the deck once and reshuffled. This works best with very small decks, or decks that can trigger a reshuffle with a card like Reboot. 2 removes plus a Normality is a net gain of one removal, but you might need to head to a shop quickly to get rid of the curse before it slows you down.
