Untouchable is the default "0"-cost Block card for Silent. Discard it and it blocks, simple. Most decks are going to be happy to have a copy, although they might not want to take one until Act 2 or 3 as Silent's starter deck is heavily weighted toward defense already and needs a little help defeating elites.
