Heavily dependent on the quality of your Powers. If you have an awesome Rare Power to play an additional time with this it'll likely do great, but if you don't it's not worth speculating on.
Note that you don't have to play the doubled power on the same turn as this card. Particularly good for doubling Echo Form.
