The challenge with a card like Anticipate is being able to know that you'll have enough cards that benefit from Dexterity in your hand for it to have value. Watch out for tricks with debuff removal which might let you prevent the Dexterity from being removed at the end of your turn.
Access to Dexterity on a common card is huge for Silent. Allows scaling your block to tackle the endgame, especially with a good draw engine. Awesome when paired with debuff removal.
