If you can play this 4 times it's very easy to kill any enemy in the game with it. That said, it's very difficult to play a 3-Cost card which only deals damage more than one time in a fight. Fits into some more defensive decks as a scaling option for Boss Fights, or some very aggressive decks which already make a lot of Lightning, but doesn't have a place in most decks Defect can build.
