

There is absolutely a strategy which wants this card. You need to remove Strikes heavily and pick up some high-impact attacks while avoiding the low-impact 0-cost ones. Unfortunately that doesn't match up well with Defect's overall card pool, so I wouldn't typically pick this up in Act 1, and once I'm in Act 2 I usually have too many low-cost attacks to justify it.

Offers efficient damage in theory but is too unreliable in practice. The target of the played attack is also random. Can be used to cheat Meteor Strike into play.
