Leg Sweep is a substantial block card which unfortunately demands a large chunk of energy. Because it costs two, you could think of it as scaling less well with Dexterity than a card like Defend, which gets the same amount of extra block from Dexterity for half the energy cost. Leg Sweep tends to go into decks which are struggling to establish a good Block engine in order to get them to a place where they're surviving Act 2 and 3. Its numbers are good enough to serve that purpose in many runs.
