11 damage for 1, plus a little Shiv synergy, is good enough for Act 1 already. Later on, Leading Strike can do very well in runs with cards like Afterimage or relics like Kunai and Shuriken.
A solid reusable Shiv source that is great for activating Attack relics like Nunchaku or Kusarigama.
