An easy card to include in almost any deck. Escape Plan is unlikely to do a ton, but it's very low cost to include it in your deck if it's offered in a card reward with nothing else you want to take. Sometimes it'll end up being a very good card in a run with something like Speedster to deal damage, Footwork to increase how much Block it can make, etc.
Have some slight caution: Escape Plan isn't entirely free. There are enemies in the game who punish you for playing Skills, reduce how many cards you can play in a turn, and other effects like that which can make it a little painful to have to draw it and/or play it.
