Demon Form is a ~power~ful way to scale your deck up over the course of a fight, but I wouldn't say it's the strongest option in Ironclad's card pool by any stretch of the imagination. Something like scaling up a Thrash gets you extra damage much more quickly than this does. For people coming from Slay the Spire 1: keep in mind that Reaper isn't in Slay the Spire 2. A lot of the Strength of Demon Form used to be that you could full-heal with a card like that at the end of your fights, but that doesn't exist anymore.

Often feels far too slow for 3 energy, given the overall scarcity of energy and lack of cheap multihit cards for Ironclad except Sword Boomerang. There are other ways to get Strength for cheaper, but this card is still excellent if you can get it into play for free.
