The Sly mechanic means that this card is often effectively generating energy by letting you play a card for free. Card Draw + Energy Gain on the same card is something you usually won't see on anything less than a Rare.
This is now one of the best card draw options for Silent thanks to the abundance of Sly targets. Pair with any 0-cost card or any card that has Sly for best results.
