Accelerant massively increases damage output from your Poison. 10 Poison goes from dealing 10 damage per turn to 27 with one Accelerant+. The thing to watch out for with this card is making sure you aren't taking it for runs where it isn't helpful. A lot of the time, a Silent deck capable of putting Poison on the enemy is benefitting more from Defensive cards to stay alive while that Poison ticks, than from offensive cards to try to kill with the Poison more quickly.

Baalorlord

This effectively multiplies the damage dealt by poison cards, at the cost of making them tick down faster. Great with Bouncing Flask or Bubble Bubble to start the poison, terrible if you just have one Noxious Fumes.
