Enlightenment is a pretty niche card - using it properly requires both having high-costed cards as well as a way to reliably draw Enlightenment with those cards. The removes in this event are a bit over-costed, but 2 removes at the same time is still somewhat valuable. Usually you won't want the Enlightenments or have money for 2 removes, meaning you're often clicking remove 1 here.
