Slay the Spire 2 has some cards which are strong enough that putting a Headbutt into your deck to get to play them more often is worthwhile. This can be true even in Act 3, but in Act 1 in particular it can be an okay damage card which lets you play your much better card more often. Also has a notable synergy with Havoc, if you have one of those. To want to take a Headbutt I'm hoping to have a very good card in my deck in Act 1, like a Battle Trance, a Flame Barrier+, maybe a Thrash. Short of having a strong card to enable, the number on Headbutt isn't large enough for it to feel worth picking.
