Echo Form has an extremely powerful effect, but it's very hard to put it into play. It's best in decks which need a super Power to win the Boss Gauntlet and can survive essentially having a blank card in them for the shorter fights.
One of the strongest ways for Defect to scale. Better with lots of 2 or 3 cost cards, not so much with 0-cost cards. If this is your first card of the turn and you duplicate it with Duplicator, Signal Boost or another Echo Form you can start using the effect immediately.
