Lose 1 HP. Give another player Block equal to your Block. Exhaust.
Deal 8 damage. If the enemy is Vulnerable, hits twice.
Apply 1 Vulnerable. Gain 1 Strength for each Vulnerable on the enemy. Exhaust.
